How We Work
We only accept children on to our book who we are confident in getting work for, however as with all agencies work is never guaranteed.
Once you have signed our terms and conditions and paid the admin fee we will begin setting up your model card.
When this is complete we can then start submitting your child to the relevant briefs.
If a client requests your child we will check your availability - this does not mean the job is confirmed, this is just an availability check.
Once confirmed for a job you will be given the details, often you will receive a short confirmation text and later a text confirming the time and location.
"How will I know what my child is being submitted for?"
You will receive an email at the end of each month containing a list of submissions for your child.
- If there has been no submissions for that month you will not receive an email.
Communication is key
We firmly believe that communication with parents is important, so we are always available to answer your questions. Children are never guaranteed work, we assure you if we have taken your child onto our books it is in our interest as well to secure them as much work as possible, so please do not contact us to chase submissions, we will submit your child to every relevant brief.
All children from newborns up to when they leave full time education need to be licenced for work in the UK.
The licence is applied for by the client and agent (the 'applicant'). The 'parent' does not apply for the licence. Please do not contact your council. The licence is applied for to your local education dept and each council works to their own issuing time guidelines.
Due to assignments often providing very short notice, having documentation ready could be the deciding factor for being selected for work.
Artists should provide their documentation to the agency in preparation for such applications and prior to being booked. - You will receive an email with the forms to fill in.
